1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in Nexfi.club, you agree to be bound by these terms. This is a decentralized smart contract-based platform operating on the blockchain.

2. Protocol Immutability

The Nexfi smart contracts are non-upgradable and immutable. Upon deployment, all administrative rights were renounced. No central authority, including the original developers, can modify the protocol or withdraw community funds.

3. Asset Trading

All NFT trades and transfers are executed via smart contracts. AntroLab is not responsible for secondary market fluctuations or individual trade decisions.

4. Risk Disclosure

Blockchain participation carries inherent risks. Users should only participate with funds they can afford to lose. The platform is provide "as is" with no central authority guarantee.

5. Governance

Future features and updates may be governed by decentralized voting mechanisms provided by the AntroLab DAO.
